- A 30-minute setup call before the season starts, so we can understand your club and get everything configured properly.
- Select one or more teams to pilot with, you don’t need to roll it out to your whole club straight away.
- Invite those families to use the platform, and share honest feedback with us at the end of the season.

Q. Is it really free? Yes, completely. Pilot clubs get full access to SeasonSet for the entire 2026/27 season at no cost. There are no hidden fees, no trial period and no obligation to continue beyond the pilot.
Q. Do we need to roll it out to the whole club? No. You can choose one or more teams to pilot with, you don’t need to commit your whole club from day one. Many clubs will start with a single team and expand from there.
Q. How long does it take to get set up? We start with a 30-minute setup call where we configure everything together. We want to make sure SeasonSet is ready to go before your season starts, so we do the work with you rather than leaving you to figure it out alone.
Q. How do families access SeasonSet? During the pilot, families access SeasonSet through a secure, mobile-friendly website that works on any device. A dedicated app is on the roadmap post-pilot.
Q. Is SeasonSet GDPR compliant? Yes. SeasonSet is fully GDPR compliant and built with the security of your families’ data as a priority.
Q. What happens at the end of the pilot? We’ll ask for honest feedback on what worked, what didn’t and what you’d like to see next. Pilot clubs will be offered preferred early-adopter pricing to continue into the 2027/28 season, there’s no obligation, but we hope you’ll want to stay.
