Features
SeasonSet helps clubs bring structure to one of the most complex parts of their operation: keeping families informed, organised and prepared across schedules, events and actions.
Instead of information being scattered across emails, WhatsApp messages, PDFs and screenshots, everything is brought into one clear system your families can rely on.
Everything families need for competition days in one place
SeasonSet Events brings structure to even the busiest competition weekends. Each event has its own dedicated hub, giving families a single source of truth for everything they need.
Inside each event, parents can view:
- Venue details, address, maps and directions
- Nearby hotel recommendations
- Competition timelines
- Team schedules and warm-up times
- Spectator ticket information and links
- Event shop access (if applicable)
- Key actions and outstanding tasks
For families managing multiple athletes and multiple crossover teams, everything is organised in one place and displayed in a clear chronological view.
SeasonSet makes competition weekends simpler, clearer and easier to manage for every family in your club.
One clear source of truth for your entire club
For many clubs, schedules are currently spread across multiple channels, leading to confusion, missed updates and repeated questions from parents.
SeasonSet Schedules gives you one central place to publish and manage everything.
Clubs can share:
- Team training schedules
- Event timelines
- Changes and updates in real time
Families can easily view:
- Training sessions for each team
- Multiple children and teams in one calendar
- Event dates and schedules
- Full event timelines in chronological order
Schedules can be synced directly to personal calendars and shared across family members, ensuring everyone stays aligned.
Turn club admin into clear, trackable actions
SeasonSet Actions helps clubs replace scattered reminders with one structured, easy-to-manage action dashboard. Instead of tasks being buried in messages or forgotten across different platforms, everything lives in a single action list linked to each child, team and event.
With Actions, clubs can:
- Assign and track outstanding tasks
- Link actions directly to events and teams
- Set clear deadlines with automated reminders
- Share updates without repeated messaging
- Keep everything visible and up-to-date in real time
Families can:
- View all club and event actions in one place
- See what needs doing and when
- Manage club tasks alongside personal reminders
- Access spectator tickets, hotel bookings and deadlines in one list
- Attach relevant details to tasks (e.g. booking references or confirmations)
From kit orders and payment deadlines to hotel bookings and event requirements, everything stays organised and easy to follow.
Everything your families need to purchase, managed in one place
Clubs often spend a significant amount of time answering the same questions: What did I order What size did I choose? Has it been paid for?
SeasonSet removes that back-and-forth by bringing all club-related purchases into one structured system.
With SeasonSet Shop, clubs can upload and manage everything families need to purchase in one place, including: Spectator tickets, uniforms and kit items, club merchandise and event-specific items.
Everything is clearly organised, easy to browse, and directly linked to events.
Through My Orders, parents can instantly see everything they have purchased, including: All current and past orders, sizes and item details, and payment status.
This gives families complete clarity over what they’ve ordered and what is still outstanding…without needing to contact the club.
Managing absence requests is one of those tasks that takes far more time than it should. SeasonSet makes the whole process simple and transparent for everyone involved.
With SeasonSet Absence Requests Parents log in and submit an absence request directly through the platform in seconds, no hunting for a form, no messages to the admin team asking where to send it. The request is automatically routed to the relevant coaches, so nothing gets missed even when a child is in multiple teams.
Once a decision has been reached, the parent is automatically notified, no need to follow up or wonder whether their request was seen.
And when a coach opens the register for the relevant session, an excused note is already there next to that athlete’s name, so they can plan the session accordingly before anyone walks through the door.
No chasing. No missed messages. No surprises on the day.
