Managing absence requests is one of those tasks that takes far more time than it should. SeasonSet makes the whole process simple and transparent for everyone involved.
With SeasonSet Absence Requests Parents log in and submit an absence request directly through the platform in seconds, no hunting for a form, no messages to the admin team asking where to send it. The request is automatically routed to the relevant coaches, so nothing gets missed even when a child is in multiple teams.
Once a decision has been reached, the parent is automatically notified, no need to follow up or wonder whether their request was seen.
And when a coach opens the register for the relevant session, an excused note is already there next to that athlete’s name, so they can plan the session accordingly before anyone walks through the door.
