SeasonSet is different, it is cheer-specific and parent-led, built specifically to manage the real-world competition lifecycle.
SeasonSet was born out of a Summit season.
Not a bad one…in fact, our club is brilliant. But by my third year as a cheer parent, I found myself managing the competition season the way most of us do: scrolling back through WhatsApp to find the villa address and flight details, checking a spreadsheet on my phone to remember which events I’d booked hotels for, trying to remember whether I’d bought spectator tickets through the club or directly with the event organiser. Meanwhile, our cheer mum was fielding the same questions from dozens of families, how many tickets did I buy, when’s the additional training session scheduled for, what time do we need to be there?
Nobody was doing anything wrong. The sport is just genuinely complex, and keeping track of it all takes real effort.
I’m Kate, co-founder of SeasonSet, IT Marketing professional, and Cheer mum. My co-founder, Andrew Jackson, brings decades of hands-on IT experience and the technical depth to turn an idea into a platform clubs can actually rely on.
Together we set out to create something that didn’t exist: a platform built specifically for the competition lifecycle of competitive cheer…not a generic sports app with a few features bolted on, but something designed around the real experience of parents and clubs managing a full season.
SeasonSet gives families one place for everything…training schedules, competition logistics, travel details, hotel bookings, spectator tickets, kit orders, waivers and deadlines. It also streamlines absence requests, something clubs have told us takes up more time than it should. And it gives clubs a way to share information once, clearly, so the questions stop before they start.
